Privacy Notice

This notice explains how preview.ad handles personal information when you visit our site, use the creative-review service, or contact us.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

preview.ad is an agency-first creative review service. Agencies using the service decide which projects, creative files, reviewers, and comments they add. This notice does not replace an agency’s own privacy notice for its relationship with its clients and reviewers.

Information we handle

We handle the information needed to run the service: member account details such as name and email address; agency, client, project, and branding details; reviewer names and email addresses; review comments, decisions, and related activity; and creative files and their technical details. We also keep security and operational records such as session identifiers, audit history, delivery status, and error logs.

If you submit a pilot-interest form, we handle the contact details and message you provide. If an agency uses the optional AI drafting feature, the public website address and any campaign note shared for that request are sent to the configured AI service provider to produce editable draft copy. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate members and invited reviewers, deliver notices requested by an agency, maintain an approval record, respond to support requests, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use reviewer decisions to make automated legal, policy, or performance determinations.

Cookies and measurement

The authenticated application uses essential session and security cookies. The public marketing site loads Google Tag Manager only after you choose to allow analytics; its configured measurement technologies may then collect visit and interaction data. That choice does not enable advertising storage, ad personalization, or ad user-data. The review workspace itself is tracker-free. You can change your choice from the home page or control many cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies can prevent sign-in and other core functions.

When information is shared

Information is available to the agency and people it authorizes, including invited reviewers with a valid review link. We also use service providers that help us host the service, deliver email, process configured AI drafting requests, and maintain operations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people and the service, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

Review versions, comments, decisions, and audit history are designed to preserve the record of what was reviewed. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain that record, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use access controls, private file storage, encryption where appropriate, and operational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can update account details through your agency administrator where the service offers that control. To request access, correction, or deletion under applicable law, contact us at privacy@preview.ad. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law, including approval and security records. If you are a reviewer or client contact, your agency may be best placed to address the request first.

Children and changes

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the service changes. We will post the current version here and update the date above.
